For our scheduled Group Activities and Tours you may book through the booking system on our site or contact us by phone or email.

For Private Groups and Events please submit a request by contacting us through email to get started!  Please include details such as group size, preferred date, time, and any other relevant information.  We will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss availability and options.  Once we have a better idea of your group’s needs we will provide a quote and assist you with confirming your booking.

The following is a general outline of our cancellation policy.  Our full cancellation and booking policies can be found on our Terms and Conditions page.

For Group Tours & Activities:

Cancellations received greater than 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour are fully refundable.  Cancellations received within 72 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

For Private Group Tours & Events:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all private group bookings and is due upon confirmation of booking.

A credit card is required to confirm all reservations.  The final quoted balance is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation and will be charged to the card on file. Any overages, if applicable will be charged after the conclusion of your tour.

All cancellations must be received by email at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled reservation for a full refund, minus the deposit.

Cancellations received within 72 hours of your scheduled tour are non-refundable.  In the event the host fails cancel or reschedule 72 hours prior to their reservation, they will be charged the full amount for the reserved passengers as quoted.  Amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.

All cancellations and amendment requests should be sent through reservations@foodiecrawls.com.

Yes, we offer gift cards in any amount.  Gift cards can be used towards ticketed tours as well as private events.
